The Women & Girls Community Football Charter represents a commitment from Community Football Leagues, Clubs, and Umpire Groups to create welcoming, safe, and inclusive environments for all participants.

The charter is driven by four core principles:
Opportunity, Visibility, Access, and Investment.

As part of this initiative, we have developed a Quick Wins Action Plan, outlining specific goals our club will work towards over the next 12 months to ensure continued progress and leadership in this important area.

This commitment has been officially recognised and endorsed by both the AFL and AFL Victoria.

Associations like ours who are Charter signatories will work through their commitments before we assess our progress and renew our commitment in 12 months time.
