As a football club participating in the VAFA, the WBAFC community - including players, staff, coaches, administrators, volunteers and supporters - are subject to the following policies, guidelines, codes, conditions and protocols.

Reporting Guidelines
Club members are welcome to report conduct which does not align with the principles of the Respect and Responsibility policy to any of the following people at the club:
• Player Leaders or Coaches
• Executive Members of the Committee
• The Club Welfare/Wellbeing Officers
